How did this thing called beer come about? How do you run a brewery? Informal discussion, informal setting, non-academic, for scientists and non-scientists - Cafe Scientifique is a place and time where members of the public can listen to a talk by a practising scientist or technologist, and discuss issues with them. Admission Free.
