Manchester To Glossop Folk Train
SMOKEY TERRAIN - One of our popular, versatile and entertaining bands playing old time country music in a lively style with a bluegrass skiffle influence. This easy listening band pays tribute to some very well known and respected country artists and personalises very well known and loved songs. They will be performing on the train from Manchester Piccadilly to Glossop leaving at 18.48 calling at all stations except Ardwick. They will then play at Glossop Labour Club, We return on the 21,39 from Glossop returning to Manchester at 22.12. COME AND JOIN US FOR A GREAT NIGHT OUT.
18.48 Manchester to Glossop train returning from Glossop at 21.39. This is a normal commuter train. Normal rail fares apply. Everyone is asked to contribute by buying a £2 raffle ticket (for a bottle of wine) and any extra donations are gratefully accepted to pay for the act.
