The Will of William Johnston
The Galloway Association of Glasgow : Winter Meeting. Our pre-AGM guest speaker is Mr Donald Cowell, who is a Member of the Association and lives in Borgue. Don's presentation The Will of William Johnston is based on recent work he did for the Stewartry Museum in Kirkcudbright on the unusual Will of William Johnston - a local Merchant who died in 1845 and founded the Johnston Free School in Kirkcudbright.
1930-2130 Admission is free and is open to all, whether members or non-members. A collection is made to help defray room hire costs.
