ZUMBA is a fitness class inspired by Latin rythms (Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Cumbia) and by international dance (Hip hop, Flamenco, Belly dance). It is a great and fun cardio workout which tones up your entire body. The best bit of all is that ANYBODY CAN DO IT!
