Yoga and Meditation, Brixton

A mindful yoga class suitable for people of all ages and experience, this is thoughtful, intelligent yoga covering three core elements: asana (movement and postures); pranayama (breath); and meditation. The combination of these three is very powerful; yoga that brings health and vitality to mind, body and spirit.
