Super relaxing yoga for people who think they're not fit or bendy enough to do yoga! Suitable for people of all ages and experience, this is thoughtful, intelligent yoga covering three core elements: asana (movement and postures); pranayama (breath); and meditation. The combination of these three is very powerful; yoga that brings health and vitality to mind, body and spirit.
