A grand sale of Boating, Fishing and Watersports equipment. Lots of sellers offering their wares on the lawned parade ground of a historic Victorian fort situated on the top of Portsdown Hill, fabulous views of Portsmouth Harbour, The Solent and The Isle of Wight.
