Traditional Yang family style tai chi chuan combines health and relaxation with self defence.
Learn to harmonise mind and body.
Develop flexibility whilst reducing tension and stress.
Meditation exercises (chi kung) enable students to be mindful, increase self awareness and concentration.
Thursdays 7.30 - 9 pm.
