The roller skating will take place in a large studio with laminate flooring.
Meet new people & exercise at the same time.
You will learn each week - safe falls, weaving, cross overs, skating backwards or more of an exercises class (this is a roller derby type work out)
Bring/must have - your own roller skates. Helmet, elbow & knee pads recommended
Suitable for 12 yrs+
