Mosaic workshop. Learn to mosaic in a weekend £95/£65 under 18s

Mosaic workshop. Learn to mosaic in a weekend £95/£65 under 18s

At the end of the weekend you will have completely finished one piece of work including design, mosaic and grouting and you will have started on another to finish at home. There are still places left, so learn a new skill on an enjoyable, engaging yet relaxing weekend. Come with a friend or family member or come by yourself. You will have all the skills to set up your own workshop at home, make gorgeous unique gifts and have a creative hobby for life. Weekend courses run from 10am to 4.30pm and include refreshments on arrival, mid morning and mid afternoon. A light lunch is also included. You will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere as Marylou takes you at your own pace through different styles of mosaic, designing, cutting, gluing, grouting and polishing

Students range from fourteen to ‘as old as the hills’, you don’t need any previous experience and you certainly don’t need to be artistic or able to draw. This event will be held at a village venue near Leeds. Numbers are limited to eight people per course to ensure a comfortable work space and as much help as you need, so it’s always a good idea to book your place as much in advance as you can. Every event on WhereCanWeGo has been added by the organisers themselves, so you get a really good feel for what events are about.
If you're organising a public event, you can promote it for FREE by registering here ~ it works so well.
Don't take our word. See what our organisers say:
"One of our homes had a Red Cross Open day recently and 30% of the visitors had seen the event listed on your site" - Wellburn.
"We used it to promote a one day open day and it turned out to be the most effective way of getting visitors; slightly over 1/3 rd came through your site, 1/3 from posters and flyers and rather less than 1/3 from the £1,000 of local press ads we paid for!." - The Midland Gliding Cub.
