Yang Style Tai Chi for Relaxation and Wellbeing, ‘Tai Chi wellbeing’ is a specially designed course to connect you to the essence of Tai Chi through a series of simple Tai Chi exercises and active reflection. The course acts as a base for further studies but is also complete in itself.
Tai Chi is a series of soft, flowing, continuous movements which relax the mind, open the heart and strengthen the body.
We meet every Wedensday at 10.30am till 11.30am
