Oil Painting with Roger Dellar

Art Courses at Pear Tree Farm. Roger Dellar is a highly acclaimed and prominent artist who is a member of The Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour, The Pastel Society, and The Royal Institute of Oil Painters. In his three day course, Roger will guide students in the use of oils including; arranging a palette, colour mixing, wet alla prima application and tonal preparation. Tuition will take place through a series of demonstrations and workshops both within the studio and on location (weather permitting). Students are asked to bring photos to work from on the first day and may bring examples of their current work for a critique. Roger will conclude teaching each day with an after-dinner demonstration. Places limited to 12 so please book early to avoid disappointment.
