BOOTCAMP classes & personal training

Bootcamp classes are instructed by a motivating, enthusiastic personal trainer Henna Hibberd. The classes are energetic, fun and efficient! Classes incorporate the use of various equipment and is a great way to have a fat burning total body workout in a friendly group! Members and Non-members welcome. These classes are for all levels and abilities! Option to upgrade to a personal training package including classes and 1-2-1 training (pay just £12.50 per session) ask for more details.
