Saucy ’Sin’ders

This is a Past Event and has been Archived.

Prince Virginal’s kingdom is rife with loose women, men out for a good time, and houses of ill-repute. Proudfoot, his Chancellor, and a young man of strongly puritanical disposition, is scandalised by the lustful b ehaviour of the citizens, and persuades the young Prince to issue a ban on all ‘pleasures of the flesh’ for one year. The punishment for disobeying this new law is immediate imprisonment. The Prince himself is a total innocent, brought up by the Monks in Buckfast Abbey (and as Mistress Quickly-Plastered says, trying getting your tongue around that one when you’ve had a few). He wishes to marry, to continue the royal line, and protocol decrees that he must wed a virgin. Suitable for over 18s. This show contains material of an adult nature

Performances on the above dates at 7.45. All tickets cost £10. To book call 07952633234, email: boxoffice@tadstheatre.org or book online

Every event on WhereCanWeGo has been added by the organisers themselves, so you get a really good feel for what events are about.
If you're organising a public event, you can promote it for FREE by registering here ~ it works so well.
Don't take our word. See what our organisers say:
"Our event was a success due in no small part to your inclusion of it and the fact that yours was the first entry in an internet search for the title of the exhibition. The days of chasing after printed media coverage are over. Where Can We Go gave us excellent coverage and and we would be happy to recommend your service to organisations large and small." - Jock, Herald Events.
"Our family fun day this year was the best ever and a great deal of that success was from a mention on WhereCanWeGo.com. We will definitely be using it for all future events." - Lee Mill Community Association.
