Richard III

Richard III

This is a Past Event and has been Archived.

Shakespeare’s tale of terror and deceit - Richard III - will open Guildford Shakespeare Company’s 2012 programme in February. An edge-of-your seat thriller, Richard III is the story of one man’s ruthless ambition to be King. The company will once again take up residence in the beautiful and epic Holy Trinity Church on Guildford High Street, where the company’s inimitable site-specific approach, will seek to place audiences right at the heart of the action. Several of the cast from 2011’s critically acclaimed production of Hamlet return for Richard III, as does director Caroline Devlin who is joined by designer Neil Irish (The Merchant of Venice, 2011). Following the company’s most successful year to date, anticipation around the production is already starting to build.

If you're organising a public event, you can promote it for FREE by registering here ~ it works so well.
Don't take our word. See what our organisers say:
"We had an excellent response from our posting on WhereCanWeGo.com, and it was responsible for drawing folk from a wide area to our event; we recommend you as being the most effective form of publicity around." - Barbara , Village Celebration Food & Crafts Fairs.
"Our event was a success due in no small part to your inclusion of it and the fact that yours was the first entry in an internet search for the title of the exhibition. The days of chasing after printed media coverage are over. Where Can We Go gave us excellent coverage and and we would be happy to recommend your service to organisations large and small." - Jock, Herald Events.
