Every Wednesday Us Girls Back to Running sessions are fun, social, non-competitive and open to every age, stage, shape and size. Us Girls Back to Running caters for women of all running abilities, including the complete beginner. Even if you are unfit or have never run before, we can help you get started, giving you sensible advice, support and company while you run.
