The Pagan Mystic

This is a Past Event and has been Archived.

An evening of esoteria - through prose and poetry an invocation of the pagan mystic from his shadowing world. Local poet Nigel Humphreys asks, where does the mystic go in his instant of gnosis£ By way of eadings from recent work he will attempt to coax the plausible from the improbable, and introduce to Wales for the first time two London writers: David Parry who will release from the bottle the dwarf hunchback Caliban who has much to say on the ethics of redemption, Saxon witchcraft and paganism; and Jonathan Wood who will aim to chill blood with his personae - Quentin Astragarth, the cackling Mrs Paterson and the hermetic Curator.

Don't take our word. See what our organisers say:
"Our family fun day this year was the best ever and a great deal of that success was from a mention on WhereCanWeGo.com. We will definitely be using it for all future events." - Lee Mill Community Association.
"Our event was a success due in no small part to your inclusion of it and the fact that yours was the first entry in an internet search for the title of the exhibition. The days of chasing after printed media coverage are over. Where Can We Go gave us excellent coverage and and we would be happy to recommend your service to organisations large and small." - Jock, Herald Events.
