Tai Chi is the art of meditation in movement and is usually performed as though in slow motion. The flowing movements release tension, calm the mind, balance the body and open the heart. This beginners' Tai Chi Short Form class will connect you to the heart of Tai Chi. The gentle nature of Tai Chi makes it suitable for all ages. Alan Smith has over 35 years experience teaching Tai Chi and meditation and is a fully registered trainer with the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain.
