NKT-IKBU Welsh Dharma Celebration - Buddhism and Meditation

This national festival – organised by the New Kadampa Tradition - International Kadampa Buddhist Union (NKT-IKBU) – will provide an opportunity for everyone from Wales and beyond to gather together to celebrate and enjoy Buddha’s teachings. The NKT-IKBU UK National Spiritual Director, Kadam Bridget Heyes, will be granting the blessing empowerment of the Buddha of Compassion, Avalokiteshvara, and teaching on taking and giving, a special and practical method to bring inner peace to ourself and others. The celebration will begin with an introductory teaching on Friday evening at 7.30pm. This will be followed by a full day of meditation, teachings and empowerment from 9am on Saturday, and a morning of teachings and meditation on Sunday, from 9am.
