Rydal Penrhos Prep School Chess workshop and Open Afternoon

This is a Past Event and has been Archived.

We’re inviting children who do not already attend Rydal Penrhos Prep School and their parents to the School on Friday 3 February at 3.30pm for a Chess workshop and tournment. The workshop will include coaching for children and their parents before a blitz tournament takes place for the children. Parents will have an opportunity to take a tour of the School accompanied by a current pupil before returning to the tournament for the prize giving ceremony at 6pm. This is a great opportunity to visit the School as well as introducing your child to a new activity.

Free to attend. The workshop begins at 3.30pm. Please call Christine Bramhall on 01492 530381 or email CBramhall@rydal-penrhos.com to attend the Chess workshop.

Every event on WhereCanWeGo has been added by the organisers themselves, so you get a really good feel for what events are about.
If you're organising a public event, you can promote it for FREE by registering here ~ it works so well.
Don't take our word. See what our organisers say:
"We used it to promote a one day open day and it turned out to be the most effective way of getting visitors; slightly over 1/3 rd came through your site, 1/3 from posters and flyers and rather less than 1/3 from the £1,000 of local press ads we paid for!." - The Midland Gliding Cub.
"Our family fun day this year was the best ever and a great deal of that success was from a mention on WhereCanWeGo.com. We will definitely be using it for all future events." - Lee Mill Community Association.
