SRT Skate to the Olympics
Severn Roller Torrent SRT is holding a charity event in aid of two local charities.
Gloucestershire Rape Crisis Centre and Stonham Home Group.
As a team we are going to skate the distance from Dean Close School, (who have kindly given their gym space for free) to the Olympic Park where the final resting place of the torch will be.
The distance we will cover is 109 miles, in track laps that equates to 3597 laps. As a team we aim to cover this distance in pairs taking in turns to skate.
