Vivaldi Cello Concerto Concert
The Cirencester String Orchestra is holding its Winter Concert on Saturday 28th January at 7-30pm in Christ Church, Newmarket Road, Nailsworth GL6 0DQ.
The concert will feature Cello Concerto RV417 by Vivaldi. The orchestra will be joined by Stroud cellist Caroline Simpson as soloist.
The programme also includes the Brook Green Suite by Gustav Holst (born locally in Cheltenham) and an entertaining mixture of mainly American music for string orchestra (including Hoe Down from Rodeo by Aaro
