A rare opportunity to wander through these historic grounds, which are only very occasionally open to the general public, admiring the drifts of snowdrops and aconites. There are also additional exhibitions and displays including - The Last Crew of Lancaster W4270, The Museum of Wheelwright's Tools and Bygones, Uncovering some of Staunton's earlier history, The Summer of '44 Living History Group display of uniforms and military vehicles. Hot and cold refreshments will be available. Well behaved dogs are welcomed but must be kept on a lead. Please wear sensible shoes. Free parking. Proceeds in aid of the church tower repair fund.

The Summer of ’44 Living History Group will also be giving talks in the Church during the day, 12.30 - Maximum Effort - Uniforms and Equipment of a Lancaster Crew 1944, and at 14.30 - One of Aircraft is Missing - Escape and Evasion. Each talk will last approx 20 - 30 mins and seating will be available in the Church, the talks may be repeated subject to demand.

11 a.m till 4 p.m. Admission £3.50 each adult Children under 12 free
