Celebrating 200 years since his birth, we examine Dickens the social reformer by discussing the major issues he confronted, from child labour to prostitution; from government corruption to debtors' prison. Includes DVD illustrations. Required texts - 'Oliver Twist', 'David Copperfield' and 'Great Expectations'.
