¼ acre hidden behind Strangers’ Hall, home of the wealthy merchants and mayors of C16 & C17 provides an unexpected peaceful oasis in a busy city. This urban garden offers glimpses of history with small herb beds, abutting the Eastern window of a C14 church, knot garden and borders with historic roses. The garden is maintained by a small group of enthusiastic volunteers. Share to Friends of Norwich Museums. (Museum not open NGS day). Open:For NGS: Sun 1 July (11-4.30).
