15 acres; informal lawns with naturalised bulbs and wild flowers.Large tree collection, mixed shrubs, herbaceous borders. Landscaped gardens designed and built by students. Development of 13-acre parkland. Orchard meadow started. Landscaped glasshouses and wide range of seasonal bedding. Open:Suns 12 Feb, 3 June, 14 Oct (10-3); 2013 Sun 10 Feb.

Admission £4, Children free. Times:10-4. Telephone:Tom Cole 01245 424200. Visitors also welcome by appointment. Open for charity.
