Torchlight Procession and Carol Service

This will be the 40th anniversary of this traditional Christmas event starting with blessing of the crib at Market Hill and proceeding, led by the Salvation Army Band, down High Street to the Public Gardens for a Carol Service organised by Halstead Churches Together. Torches and glo-sticks provided free of charge. Donations for the Mayor's charity will be appreciated. Free Event. All welcome

Meet for blessing of the crib at 7p.m. Carol service starts about 7.30p.m. and lasts for about an hour. Free event, all the family will be welcomed.
