Please bring a mat/towel.
Every Tuesday 7 - 8 pm
Pilates is a low impact form of exercise, focusing on balance and control. Pilates is designed to develop inner strength as well as improving your well-being.
Pilates can help restore physical vitality, invigorates the mind and elevates the spirit. Through a series of postures, breathing and meditations, it is said to be the perfect union of mind, body and spirit.
