FREE cycling sessions

Have fun for free - come bike with me! Cycling for all ages and all abilities. Sessions catering for complete beginners and improvers. Beginners: learn to balance and learn to ride; improvers: cycle in and out of cones, ride one-handed, duck under limbo poles, tackle a mini ramp! The sessions are great fun and all the skills learned are important and necessary for riding on the roads. Fully qualified cycle instructor, crb, insurance, first aid certificate.

10am-12pm Sessions are free. Booking essential as places limited. Bicycle available for loan for session by prior arrangement.
