Emrys Williams

""Through painting I explore images that I have related to the idea of ‘topography of the mind’, a mental space analogous to reality. It is important for me to work in the moment, following a path that is revealed to me through the interaction with materials, through fluidity in the use of oil or watercolour or a more accretional impulse to build and construct. In either case the most important thing is to create something that feels beyond oneself, something that is open and vulnerable. The work feeds off a wide range of impulses and sources; music affects the work as it proceeds, disparate experiences seem to have an influence in the studio. The most recent paintings are about night time, moonlight, walking in the dark.

Every event on WhereCanWeGo has been added by the organisers themselves, so you get a really good feel for what events are about.
If you're organising a public event, you can promote it for FREE by registering here ~ it works so well.
Don't take our word. See what our organisers say:
"Our event was a success due in no small part to your inclusion of it and the fact that yours was the first entry in an internet search for the title of the exhibition. The days of chasing after printed media coverage are over. Where Can We Go gave us excellent coverage and and we would be happy to recommend your service to organisations large and small." - Jock, Herald Events.
"We used it to promote a one day open day and it turned out to be the most effective way of getting visitors; slightly over 1/3 rd came through your site, 1/3 from posters and flyers and rather less than 1/3 from the £1,000 of local press ads we paid for!." - The Midland Gliding Cub.
