The Buteyko Breathing Method is an effective drug free approach to improving general health and reversing a wide range of chronic symptoms such as allergies, anxiety, frequent colds, depression, fatigue, and pain. Buteyko breathing relaxes the diaphragm, quietens the mind and steers you in the direction of breathing very lightly from a deeper place enhancing yoga and meditation practice. The technique improves overall performance maintaining energy levels, concentration and a general state of wellbeing. Also held on 9th May 2012
