James and the Giant Peach

This is a Past Event and has been Archived.

After loosing his parents in a scary encounter with a rhinoserous, young orphan James is sent to live with his dreadful aunts, Spiker and Sponge. They bully him, make him work all day and resent his presence in thier house. One day an old man gives James a special bag holding the greatest magic in the world, full of marvellous things but James accidently spills the contents of the bag near the old peach tree. This is the start of a wonderful adventure. Together with his new friends Centipede, Earthworm, Grasshopper, Ladybird and Spider, James embarks on an incredible journey in the Giant Peach. Every event on WhereCanWeGo has been added by the organisers themselves, so you get a really good feel for what events are about.
If you're organising a public event, you can promote it for FREE by registering here ~ it works so well.
Don't take our word. See what our organisers say:
"Our family fun day this year was the best ever and a great deal of that success was from a mention on WhereCanWeGo.com. We will definitely be using it for all future events." - Lee Mill Community Association.
"We used it to promote a one day open day and it turned out to be the most effective way of getting visitors; slightly over 1/3 rd came through your site, 1/3 from posters and flyers and rather less than 1/3 from the £1,000 of local press ads we paid for!." - The Midland Gliding Cub.
