This is a Past Event and has been Archived.

Aberdeen University and Robert Gordon University Boat Clubs are to go head to head for the 17th time on Saturday 10th March to compete for the coveted Aberdeen Asset Management Universities’ Boat Race trophy. The race is long established as one of the north east’s greatest sporting challenges. Set on the River Dee, the challenging 3 km course can only be completed by the very best young athletes. The race is sponsored by Aberdeen Asset Management and supporters can cheer on the teams at a number of locations along the course and on the banks of the River Dee. Every event on WhereCanWeGo has been added by the organisers themselves, so you get a really good feel for what events are about.
If you're organising a public event, you can promote it for FREE by registering here ~ it works so well.
Don't take our word. See what our organisers say:
"We used it to promote a one day open day and it turned out to be the most effective way of getting visitors; slightly over 1/3 rd came through your site, 1/3 from posters and flyers and rather less than 1/3 from the £1,000 of local press ads we paid for!." - The Midland Gliding Cub.
"We had an excellent response from our posting on WhereCanWeGo.com, and it was responsible for drawing folk from a wide area to our event; we recommend you as being the most effective form of publicity around." - Barbara , Village Celebration Food & Crafts Fairs.
