Following last year’s hugely successful series of events, the Habitats and Hillforts Project has again teamed up with RECORD, the Local Environmental Record Centre, to offer a series of wildlife identification and recorder training days, specific to the Sandstone Ridge area. What happens to our wildlife in winter? Some species emerge whilst others run for cover. Join our wildlife detective as he reveals some of nature’s winter wildlife sights and spectacles. Led by Jeff Clarke – Freelance ecologist and presenter of BBC Radio Merseyside’s ‘Naturewatch’. WHEN? Saturday 11th February 2012 10am to 3:30pm WHERE?
