A beginners guide to the night sky @ Walton Hall (History of Jodrell Bank)

The history of Jodrell bank and its telescopes are the focus of tonight’s lecture with Michael Jones, our local astronomer. (aimed at beginners to the night sky). A hot meal (with vegetarian and children’s options) will be served during the interval before we venture outside to gaze at the heavens. (weather permitting). Tickets priced at £8 adults and £4 children must be purchased in advance from the Pyramid box office www.pyramidparrhall.co.uk , Ranger’s office or Walton Hall office.
