Join us on a retreat where you will have a chance to practice Yoga, meet new people and enjoy fresh sea air and breathtaking coastal walks. From the 12-14th October 2012 we are running a yoga and walking retreat in Broadstairs, on the coast of Kent. Join us for rejuvenating yoga classes, meditation, coastal walks and some really good food! You are welcome to come on your own, with a friend or a partner for some well deserved time to relax and just be!
