Family Fun on Peak Rail's Steam Trains

During September and October Peak Rail's Heritage Trains operate between Rowsley South Station and Matlock Station Platform 2 calling at Darley Dale, and run five round trips per day. Rover tickets are valid for all day travel and enable passengers to visit various attractions along the line during the day. Trains are usually steam hauled and the carriages date from the 1960s. Other period features include the original Victorian station building at Darley Dale which houses a museum contain

First train departs Rowsley South at 11.15, with further departures at 12.33, 13.51, 15.09, and 16.14. Matlock departures - 11.48, 13.06, 14.24, 15.36, and 16.41.
