Pilates with Beth

Pilates is far more than just a muscle toning, stretching and relaxation programme. By developing core abdominal strength, Pilates ensures that whatever activity you undertake your spine is supported and protected.

For this reason Pilates is recommended as a rehabilitation programme for back problems by health specialists such as physiotherapists, chiropractors and osteopaths.

Tutor Beth Bristow guides you through a course of Pilates classes. All levels welcome at both classes, though the
