Post Natal Exercise

Exercise group for mothers and babies (6 weeks – 7months)
Using medicine balls, swiss balls, dumbells, matts & resistance bands.
10.30am on Mondays starting on 6th August 2012!
Post natal classes will help you to improve your posture & core strength, increase muscular endurance and stamina, improve muscle tone, increase metabolic rate and energy levels, aid weight loss goals, increase self-confidence & reduce anxiety.

Each class is 45min long. The spaces are limited - only up to 8 people p
