Tai Chi for beginners

An absolute beginners course for tai chi and chi kung comprising of soft gentle exercises which can be practised both standing and seated. The short form will be taught together with a selection of chi kung exercises. These exercises help to improve balance, coordination, flexibilty, posture, confidence and wellbeing. They are suitable for all age groups and learning tai chi is a fun and enjoyable way of staying fit and healthy regardless of any physical limitations.
Classes are from 2 pm to 3 pm every Wednesday afternoon. Cost is £5 per session or £18 for a block of 4 sessions.
