A gentle guided walk. Visit ‘Rocket Post Field’ to learn how shipwrecked sailors were saved and discover Ravenscar’s role in defending Britain during WWII. Dogs on leads welcome. Meet at Ravenscar Visitor Centre, signposted off the A171 Whitby-Scarborough road.

10.30am - 12.30pm. Free – funded by Natural England via the Higher Level Stewardship environmental scheme. Book on 01947 885900.
