Evening Canoe trip on the River Dart with fireside stories, and food

The Evening Paddle is an opportunity to have an unusual evening where you slow down and experience the natural world on the water as it moves from day to night. The fading light... bird-sound, silence, bats, moonlight, darkness. We set off in the daylight and paddle for an hour or so upstream, gathering firewood on the way. Pitching up on the river bank, some hearty soup around the fire, and if our storyteller is on board, a river tale or two. We paddle back as night falls to the sound of the ow
