Chocolate Making in Gloucestershire for Christmas
Come and indulge in the world of chocolate making and make festive truffles with bling for Christmas. In a 2 to 2.5hr workshop. Feed your passion by not only working with Belgian chocolate and learning some basic techniques, but having the opportunity to sample too.
Working in pairs, you will learn how to make truffle fillings and develop skills in mixing, piping, rolling, shaping and coating. Altogether you will make between 30 – 50 truffles, depending on how large you make them.
