Dame Joan, one of Britain’s most distinguished actors, was married to Sir Laurence Olivier for 38 years. She has played in the West End, and on Broadway, she has over 70 film credits to her name, including 101 Dalmatians and Tea with Mussolini, and she was nominated for several Academy Awards. She talks about and reflects on her life with the well-known director and professor of theatre, Richard Digby Day.
