Do you like swimming? Gymnastics? Dance? Music? All of these? Then synchronised swimming might be the sport you are looking for. Come and try this Olympic sport in a relaxed environment. It's hard work but a lot of fun and will help to keep you fit and healthy. If you are between 5 and 14 and reasonably confident in deep water, come and have a go. Pre-registration is essential.
