Mindfulness & Concentration day course

This course will look at how to develop and increase our mindfulness and concentration during meditation and in daily life so that we can strengthen our meditation practice, experience a calm and peaceful mind, improve our relationships and have a happier, meaningful life.

These meditations help us relax, improve our concentration, increase our capacity to cope with busy life and be of more benefit to others. Other benefits include better sleep, improved physical and emotional health, reduced
