Now we are no longer in the twentieth century we are able to stand and look back. Anthony will take a major work from each decade, expanding this theme to include a fascinating collection of artists and genres. Illustrated with a great variety of images, the talk will range from cubism in the first decade through Lichtenstein and Warhol in the sixties to the baffling profusion of styles in the last years of the century.
