Introduction to Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the art of being in the present moment - with acceptance and without judgement. Mindfulness practices enhance health and wellbeing by helping to reduce stress and anxiety.
This day will give you an introduction to mindfulness practices to help manage stress and enhance wellbeing. Suitable for those new to Mindfulness and those who wish to refresh and practise their skills.
The Cost is £65. The day runs from 10am-4pm. Please bring a packed lunch.
