Country house traditional baking workshop

You'll make a delicious lunch of hearty vegetable soup, soda bread and a mystery cake using traditional equipment and methods before sitting down to lunch in the servants' hall to enjoy your labours. For afternoon tea you'll make scones to enjoy with a cuppa and some spare to take home for your friends or family. Followed by an exclusive tour of the basement by one of our living history story tellers and performers.
