One-day Cheese Workshop
Designed for chefs, retailers, producers and serious cheese lovers, this one-day workshop with Juliet Harbutt,
one of the world’s leading authorities on cheese, is your first step towards becoming a real expert.
The workshop will take place at the superb facilities of leading cheesemakers Cricketer Farm,
where you will learn the basics on which to build your knowledge of texture and taste, as well as how
to store, display, handle and serve cheese.
The cost for the day, including lunch an
10am to 4pm. Cost £65 per person, to include refreshments and lunch.
